RETURNS POLICY

Since we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee on every item. You can easily return the item to our designated depot if you decide to change your mind. We'll execute your refund using the same payment method once we get the item in pristine, resalable condition along with its original packaging. Refunds normally take two to five business days to process. In addition, we provide a collection service based on the postcode and item specifications.

Return Eligibility:
The item must be in perfect, resalable condition and be in its original packing in order to be eligible for a return. Please make sure the item has not been assembled, fitted, or altered. Kindly be aware that gift vouchers, clearance products, personalized items, and custom-made items cannot be returned. Furthermore, once mattresses, duvets, bedding, and other close-contact products are taken out of their packaging, they cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Damaged Items:
As we take great care to package our products for safe delivery, if you receive an item that is damaged or has missing parts, please let us know within the return window. We will make quick arrangements for you to receive replacements. Replacement lead times might range from 14 to 21 working days, depending on the item.

Important Points for Damage Claims:
Before signing for delivery, please clearly note "Damaged" on the courier page if you see any damage to the cargo. You are able to refuse delivery if the package is seriously damaged. We will send you a fresh replacement as soon as the courier returns the damaged item to us. After accepting the item, if you discover any missing or broken parts, just let us know and we'll send you replacements at no additional cost. Recall that you must report any damage to the courier within 48 hours after arrival in order to facilitate a claim. We will arrange for a free pickup of the item and provide a complete refund if we are unable to fix the problem with replacement parts or a complete replacement.
