All prices are accurate as of the moment the data was entered and include VAT. Your order's total cost consists of the product price, any applicable payment charges (if Any) , and any applicable delivery costs (If Any).

For the majority of UK Mainland postcodes, delivery is free; however, there can be costs for distant locations. You can email us to find out about delivery specifics and costs.

If there is a lift, our courier partners may deliver heavy products to upper floors; otherwise, free delivery is limited to the ground floor. Delivery assistance to higher floors needs to be scheduled ahead of time. In some circumstances, a failed delivery may result in fees.

Smaller things can be delivered to your mailbox or a designated common space. We use conventional courier services for these deliveries. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within seven days following the delivery date.

Unless otherwise specified, we do not offer assured weekend delivery or choose day delivery. Although delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days, UK Mainland deliveries usually require a lead time of 14 to 28 working days.

You are in charge of making sure there is adequate room for entry and secure parking for deliveries. If the courier is unable to deliver the item or items, we are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate delivery addresses.

For returns of products in their original, resalable condition, we provide a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to post to your account after being processed using the original payment method.

Items that are defective or damaged need to be reported within 30 days after delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we might make plans for replacement or repair in addition to collecting.

Certain commodities, such bulk orders and clearance items, have extra terms and conditions attached to them. Bedding products, mattresses, duvets, and used close-contact items are not covered by the warranty.
